The SynergyForce Youth Academy is a weekly training program for beginning and intermediate athletes 3rd through 10th grade. Our young athletes learn the game of volleyball, all in a positive and fun environment with a commitment to teach. Volleyball is a game of specific skills, which include serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking, and digging. Our Youth Academy introduces and builds the fundamentals of each skill, in addition to developing team systems and methods of play. Our goal is to train and teach so that our youth athletes can use their skills in real game-like situations.
